Wicket Road Residential Community

DAD was invited by this private residential management company to visit their apartment block to discuss improving not only the security of the communal entrances but also the aesthetics of the development.

A design led project has resulted in a dramatic and extremely aesthetic yet functional mail delivery system for Titanic Quarter in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Dean Road Residential Care Home

DAD Limited worked very closely with the Richmond Housing Partnership and onsite with Wilmott Dixon, in order to specify, manufacture and install the correct mailboxes at the Dean Road Residential Care Home.

Mackinder Hall, Reading University

Mackinder Hall is a new development at Reading University (opens in October 2010) of 562 en-suite rooms arranged in 8 bedroomed flats each with a fully equipped shared self-catering kitchen. Each new block has several flats arranged over 4 or 5 floors with lift access to all floors. Part of the Park Group of Halls and a few minutes walk from the Park Group Reception and Social Building (where you will find large laundry, bike shed and post boxes) Close to the Park Group Catering and Bar Facility which will offer a central meeting point to have a snack or meal, meet friends for a drink or check emails via Wi-Fi.

Green Quarter - Manchester

Leach Rhodes Walker Architects worked on the masterplanning and design of all the buildings at Green Quarter in Manchester, chosing DAD for the post boxes.

St Mary's University College Twickenham London

DAD were contacted to replace the existing postboxes for the students at Twickenham University living on the campus. A total of 700 mailboxes were installed at the new site. The key issue was to provide a secure postbox rather than the existing pigeon holes, for the students to receive their mail safely and securely.

Alamaro Lodge Greenwich Millenium Village

These 450 apartments, set around modern versions of the classic London "garden square" concept, lie on the northernmost part of the planned village site beside the River Thames and a newly created lake.
